P. Dickey's Seasonings are great on everything, including steak.
P. Dickey's creates, manufactures, and sells gourmet wild mushroom products. The majority of our products focus on wild, hand harvested mushrooms such as morel, porcini, chanterelle, lobster, matsutake and yellowfoot. We pair these incredible mushrooms with just the right amount of herbs, spices and seasonings to give you a culinary treat you'll treasure. We only use natural ingredients from the earth. No fillers, or man-made ingredients that you can't pronounce.
We currently carry eight gourmet wild mushroom seasoning blends, a morel dip mix in both retail and food service sizes, a barbecued rib rub and sauce kit, wild mushroom risotto, a morel bloody mary mix, and a morel chili mix. Each of our seasoning blends focuses on a unique wild mushroom. The seasonings are meant to be sprinkled on anything you would normally sprinkle salt on. Kids especially love our seasonings, which is a great way to introduce them to the flavors of mushrooms, while also reducing their sodium content. Plus, since the mushrooms are ground up, they'll never know they are there. We hope you try our products, and enjoy them as much as we enjoy making them for you. Our mission is simple.
